Architect at Primestix Construction Limited

We are looking for an Architect with 4–5 years of experience to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings, and support project execution from design stage to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, designs, and specifications
• Develop design concepts based on project requirements
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work to ensure alignment with approved designs
• Resolve design-related issues during construction
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Architecture
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
• Good and practical understanding of construction drawings and building materials
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
• Relelant certifiactions are an added advantage
