The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in digital campaigns, content marketing, social media management, and online audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies, product pricing and sales plans.
• Ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging and strategic content.
• Create digital content including graphics, captions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and traffic generation.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and track return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, marketing, and communication objective.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation metrics.

Keys Skills & Qualifications

• OND/ HND / BSC / BA / Diploma Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management..
• Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools/applications.
• Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing applications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
