Job Summary
The Office Assistant / Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment while providing general office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of The Paradigm Group Limited. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, trustworthy, physically fit, and possess a positive attitude towards work.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
- Receive and direct visitors courteously.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Run official errands within and outside the office when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Assist in moving office equipment and supplies as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and report items that need replenishment.
- Support different departments with basic operational tasks.
- Receive deliveries and assist with inventory organization.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Janitorial Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of all office areas.
- Clean offices, reception, meeting rooms, staircases, and common areas daily.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly.
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Dust furniture, equipment, windows, and other office surfaces.
Refill toiletries, hand wash, tissue paper, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure the office environment remains neat, tidy, and presentable throughout working hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office surroundings.
- Report maintenance issues such as faulty plumbing, electrical faults, or damaged furniture.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
- Additional vocational training is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in office assistance, janitorial services, or facility maintenance is an advantage.
- Ability to read and write effectively.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
