    Montessori Directress / Director (Elementary)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Head of Learning on all issues relating to the classroom.
    • Adhere to the conditions and terms of TLP Classroom Operating Procedures.
    • Responsible for the smooth running of designated room through the structured timetable and school guidelines.
    • Promote the general care and welfare of all TLP children and more particularly, the children in designated classroom.
    • Maintain a daily register and supervise children in and out of the classroom, during other extra-curricular activities.
    • Study and discover the personality of each child in your care and maintain appropriate Pupils Assessment Logging System (P.A.L.S) feedback.
    • Work with the School management to develop and maintain the school’s Montessori program and use the weekly themed scheme.
    • Meet program delivery deadlines.

    Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

    • Montessori Diploma / certificate from a recognised and approved Montessori College
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Directress/Director within a practising Montessori school setting
    • Competent in Arts & Craft
    • Ability to create and maintain a prepared environment, plan ahead and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of childcare and the required Health & Safety and Policy & Procedures standards in a Montessori school setting
    • First Aid certified

    ICT Instructor & Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the management, maintenance, security and development of all hardware and software, provide sound technical advice and ICT support.
    • Under the guidance of a teacher, use specialist skills and experience to train and support children, or groups of children in ICT lessons and curriculum.
    • Manage the structure of the school's online management systems and contribute to their development of other e-learning solutions.
    • Assist in creating a structured approach to rolling out new hardware or software, including procurement, testing and assessing the needs of user training.
    • Set up equipment such as laptops, data projectors, interactive whiteboards, sound systems and other specialist ICT equipment, ensuring that systems are ready for use and operating correctly.
    • Deliver resources to work areas and classrooms as required.
    • Responsible for managing all TLP social media platforms, monitor and manage the school website.

    Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience inICT Support roles
    • Professional qualification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification is an advantage
