German Language Teacher at ATECH Polytechnic

We are seeking a qualified and passionate German Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching German language skills to learners at level A1, A2, helping them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.

The successful candidate should be patient, organized, engaging, and able to create a supportive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach German language lessons to students at beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Help students improve their German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an interactive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Prepare students for German language examinations where required.
• Maintain records of attendance, performance, and learning progress.
• Support students with additional guidance where necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
• Strong proficiency in the German language.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach students of different learning levels.
• Patient, professional, and passionate about education.
• German language certification such as Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• Experience preparing students for German language exams.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
