Senior Student Recruitment Counsellor at NeGxy Concept Limited

About the Role

Due to our continued growth and expanding global partnerships, we are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Senior Student Recruitment Counsellor to join our team.

In this role, you will provide professional counselling and end-to-end support to students pursuing international education opportunities. You will play a key role in guiding applicants through university admissions, visa processes, and documentation requirements while ensuring a smooth and positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on study opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand. 
• Attend to walk-in students and respond effectively to enquiries about studying abroad. 
• Assess students’ academic background and eligibility to recommend suitable countries, institutions, and courses. 
• Provide accurate information regarding admissions, visa procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. 
• Manage the full student application process, including university applications, follow-ups, visa submissions, and ongoing communication. 
• Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring successful outcomes for each student case. 
• Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, admission requirements, and international education trends. 
• Follow up with prospective students to maintain engagement and achieve conversion targets. 
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases. 
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and institutional partners to support organizational goals. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the international education or student recruitment industry. 
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline. 
• Strong understanding of international student recruitment and counselling. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a multicultural environment. 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills. 
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. 
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
