    Product Manager (Asset Products)

    Purpose of Job

    • The Product Manager, Asset Products, is responsible for the end-to-end management, development, and performance of the bank’s asset-based financial products.
    • his includes conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and optimizing asset products to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve strategic objectives.
    • The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and risk management.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the bank’s asset product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and the bank’s strategic objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
    • Define product roadmaps, ensuring timely rollout of enhancements and new product offerings.
    • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-implementation performance monitoring.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and profitability.
    • Work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to optimize product pricing, profitability, and market penetration.
    • Identify and implement strategies to enhance product uptake and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure asset products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies for asset products, including credit risk assessments and operational risk controls.
    • Ensure all product documentation, policies, and agreements align with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and execution.
    • Provide training and support to Relationship Managers and frontline staff on asset product features and benefits.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve the customer experience.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, PMP) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of asset-based financial products, lending principles, and credit risk management.
    • Proven experience in market research, product development, and performance analysis.

    Purpose of Job

    • The Product Manager, Liability Products, is responsible for the development, management, and optimization of the bank’s liability product portfolio, including deposits, savings, current accounts, and other funding solutions. 
    • This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, product innovation, revenue growth, and market competitiveness while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
    • The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Risk, Operations, and Marketing, to enhance product offerings and deliver a superior customer experience.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the bank’s liability product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and market needs.

    • Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
