    Admissions Marketing Coordinator

    Reports to: School Administrator/Principal

    Job Summary:

    We seek a talented, experienced, result - oriented and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our School as  Admissions Marketing Coordinator. The Admissions Marketing Coordinator will lead our student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract new students to our comprehensive day/boarding school, ensuring enrollment growth and diversity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Advertising

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school\'s brand and programs.
    • Manage online presence (website, social media, etc.).
    • Create engaging content (brochures, videos, etc.).
    • Advertise in print, digital, and outdoor media.

    Student Recruitment

    • Identify and target potential students and parents.
    • Organize open houses, tours, and info sessions.
    • Attend education fairs and exhibitions.
    • Build relationships with schools, educators, and influencers.

    Admissions Process

    • Manage applications, interviews, and assessments.
    • Evaluate student applications and make recommendations.
    • Ensure timely communication with applicants and parents.

    Relationship Building

    • Foster partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses.
    • Develop alumni and referral networks.
    • Engage with current parents and students as ambassadors.

    Data Analysis

    • Track and analyze enrollment trends and market data.
    • Monitor competitor schools and market share.
    • Provide insights for strategic decision-making.

    Qualification Requirements:

    • BSc/ HND/BA or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Education.or in any other marketing certification course.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, school admissions, or education.
    • Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Experience in international education or boarding schools.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Familiarity with CRM software.

    Home Economics Teacher 

    Location: Ejigbo, Lagos, Nigeria

    Reports to: School Principal/Head of Department

    Job Summary

    We seek experienced and passionate Home Economics Teachers to join our school team in Ejigbo , Lagos, Nigeria. Successful candidates will teach Home Economics to students.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Teach Home Economics to assigned classes.
    2. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, notes and materials.
    3. Assess student performance, provide feedback and maintain records.
    4. Encourage critical thinking, cooking, sewing and household management skills.
    5. Supervise and support students during practical exams and assessments.
    6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements.
    7. Participate in staff meetings, training and professional development.
    8. Maintain a conducive learning environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Essential Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Home Economics, Home Science or related field.
    • Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or Teacher Certification.
    • At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in Nigerian schools.
    • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Home Economics curriculum.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
    • Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
    • Conduct external examinations (e.g., WAEC, NECO).
    • Supervise and monitor examination sessions.
    • Ensure examination integrity and security
    • MUST RESIDE within or in close proximity to EJIGBO

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Home Economics or Education.
    • Experience with international curricula (e.g., IGCSE, A-levels).
    • Familiarity with educational software and digital tools.
    • Certification as an external examiner (e.g., WAEC, NECO).
    • Experience as an invigilator.

    Additional requirements:

    • Nigerian Teaching Council registration.
    • Knowledge of Lagos State education policies.
    • Proficiency in ICT skills for teaching.
    • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.

    Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
