    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our dynamic organization seeks an exceptional Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department. 
    • As a key member of our management team, you will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligning with organizational goals
    • Lead and manage HR team members, providing guidance and support
    • Design and implement performance management systems, training programs, and talent development initiatives
    • Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
    • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance
    • Analyze HR metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
    • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years HR management experience (preferably in a similar industry).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and other HR software.
    • Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Our dynamic organization seeks an experienced Accountant to oversee and manage our financial transactions, accounts, and records. 
    • As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and accounts
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts
    • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, laws, and standards

    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
    • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and techniques
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
