    Marketing Manager

    Are you creative, results-driven, and passionate about growing brands?

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help grow our new crèche and early learning centre in Lagos.  The Marketing Manager will spearhead marketing and brand development for the crèche, driving enrolment, community partnerships, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in school or education marketing, digital campaigns, relationship management, and content creation.

    • Lead generation & parent engagement

    Strategic Marketing & Growth

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase children enrolment and brand awareness.
    • Spearhead marketing initiatives that drive consistent revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships, promotions, and community outreach.
    • Conduct market research to understand parent needs, competitors, and education trends in the Ikeja area. 
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute an ‘Open Day’ for the creche to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive children's enrolment.
    • Develop and manage the ‘Open Day’ marketing campaigns including social media promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, email invitations, event branding, and parent follow-up strategies.
    • Coordinate vendors, event materials, staff activities, and on-site guest engagement to ensure successful event execution.
    • Conduct competitor and market research on nearby crèches, nurseries, and early learning centres within Ikeja and surrounding areas to evaluate pricing structures, services, parent expectations, and market positioning.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations on school fees, promotional offers, enrolment packages, and brand positioning to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

    Partnerships & Business Development

    • Negotiate and secure partnerships with feeder schools, nearby businesses, and key stakeholders to increase children's enrolment.
    • Build strong relationships with potential parents, nearby corporate organisations, and the local communities.

    Digital Marketing & Communications

    • Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
    • Create engaging social media content including videos, graphics, captions, and promotional materials.
    • Drive WhatsApp marketing and engagement campaigns to increase enquiries and parent communication.
    • Execute email marketing campaigns for admissions, promotions, newsletters, and parent engagement.
    • Monitor website performance and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
    • Handle cold calling and follow-up communications with prospective parents and partners.

    Branding & Content Creation

    • Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
    • Coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling content for the crèche.
    • Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

    Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Track marketing performance metrics including enquiries, enrolment conversions, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
    • Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations for the management.

    Marketing & Community Outreach Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic flyer distribution campaigns across targeted locations in Ikeja and surrounding areas to increase awareness and generate enrolment leads.
    • Coordinate flyer distribution teams, promoters, and community outreach activities to maximize visibility among working parents and families.
    • Identify high-conversion distribution points including nearby residential estates, paediatric clinics, supermarkets, offices, daycare centres, and family-focused businesses.
    • Track and report flyer campaign performance, enquiries, walk-ins, and enrolment conversions generated from offline marketing efforts.
    • Ensure all marketing materials and flyers align with the crèche’s brand identity and enrolment objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in education, schools, childcare, or service-based businesses.
    • Proven ability to drive enrolment growth and improve brand visibility.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
    • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google tools, and CRM/marketing platforms is an advantage.
    • Creative, proactive, organised, and target-driven.
