Account Officer at Dynamic Portfolio Finance Company Limited

Dynamic Portfolio Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Officer to manage daily financial operations and support the company’s accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The successful applicant should possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports 
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts 
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts 
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation 
• Support payroll processing and tax documentation 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies 
• Assist during audits and financial reviews 
• Manage accounts payable and receivable 
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel 
• Strong numerical and analytical skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting 
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage
