ABOUT THE ROLE

Primestix Construction Limited is a seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to provide strong financial leadership across budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cost control functions within our projects and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
- Budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Project cost control and financial monitoring
- Tax, audit, and statutory compliance management
- Payroll, vendor payments, and finance operations oversight
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–5 years relevant finance/accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage
- Experience in construction/real estate preferred
