    Head of Trust

    Grayson's Trust is Hiring!!! The Head of Trust provides strategic leadership and overall oversight for the Trustee Services function, ensuring the effective structuring, administration, and management of private and public trust mandates across all client segments. The role holder is accountable for fiduciary integrity, regulatory compliance, client confidence, and the sustainable growth of the Company. The role ensures that all trust activities are executed in strict alignment with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards, while safeguarding the Company’s reputation and risk posture.

    • Professional Qualification : Relevant certification in trust, wealth, or estate planning is an advantage.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth management, or estate planning with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. 
    • Strong working knowledge of Nigerian trust laws, estate planning frameworks, probate procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex trust structures. 
    • Proven client advisory and relationship management capability, particularly with high-net-worth clients. 
    • Strong understanding of fiduciary risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks. 
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Trust Administration or Trust Accounting Systems

    Trust Operations Officer

    Grayson's Trust is Hiring!!! The Trust Operations Officer is responsible for the effective execution, administration, and operational control of trust transactions across all trust mandates. The role ensures that trust-related activities are processed accurately and on time, in compliance with trust deeds, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role holder provides operational support to the Trust function by coordinating transactions, performing reconciliations, maintaining records, supporting reporting obligations, and working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of trust mandates

    • Experience in reconciliations, transaction processing, reporting, and documentation.  
    • Sound knowledge of operational controls and regulatory compliance requirements.

    Trust Advisor

    Grayson's Trust is Hiring!!! The Trust Advisor will play a critical role in advising clients on trust and estate planning strategies, establishing and managing various trust structures, and ensuring regulatory compliance and effective fiduciary oversight. The role holder will bring a strong understanding of trust law, client relationship management, and private wealth structuring.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Structure and manage trust arrangements in line with client objectives, tax efficiency, and legal requirements.
    • Draft and review trust deeds, wills, and related legal documents in conjunction with legal advisors.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients, beneficiaries, legal representatives, and internal teams.
    • Conduct trust and estate planning sessions with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.
    • Ensure full regulatory compliance with SEC, CAC, and applicable trust laws and guidelines.
    • Monitor and review trust performance, oversee disbursements, and ensure fiduciary duties are upheld.
    • Support product development, including trust-based investment and estate planning solutions.
    • Deliver presentations and represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and estate planning events.
