Operations Associate at Rocksteady Productions

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations across our content and production teams, as well as general office activities.
• This role is not just about admin, it’s about ensuring things run smoothly, people stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across writers, editors, and production teams.
• Track tasks and updates using Notion (or similar tools).
• Prepare and manage production documents (call sheets, schedules, reports).
• Take meeting notes and convert them into clear action points.
• Manage internal communication and follow-ups.
• Organise files, folders, and documentation (Google Drive, etc.).
• Support basic research for content and production needs.
• Identify gaps in workflows and suggest simple, practical process improvements.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, NotebookLM) to improve efficiency, research, and documentation.
• Handle general administrative and office support tasks (e.g. sourcing supplies, running errands, coordinating logistics).

• Ability to follow instructions and also take initiative.
• Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Drive, and Slack/WhatsApp.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Reliability. We need someone who is accountable and responsive.

Nice to Have

• Experience in media, content, or production environments.
• Basic understanding of content workflows (writing, editing, production).
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, NotebookLM).
