    Accountant - Bodija

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an accountant who will support the day-to-day financial operations of our retail business by maintaining accurate records, reconciling daily sales, and tracking inventory

    Responsibilities

    • Reconcile daily sales and cashier records, matching cash, POS, and transfer transactions across all terminals.
    • Work with the store and inventory teams to track stock levels, monitor shrinkage, and post inventory adjustments to the ledger.
    • Maintain accurate vendor and supplier accounts, process invoices, and track payments due.
    • Post daily accounting entries, manage petty cash, and assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
    • Generate weekly and monthly sales, expense, and profit reports for supermarket management.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, or Finance
