Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of hotel management experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security operations.
• Ability to recruit, supervise, train, and motivate staff.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong budgeting, financial management, and cost control skills.
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Marketing and business development skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Professional hospitality certifications are an added advantage.
