Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this mid-level role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage content, promotional materials, and marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement with followers.
• Coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is updated and optimized for user experience and SEO. • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute projects effectively. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing role, with a track record of successfully managing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  
• Proficiency in design or marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within a specific industry (e.g., technology, retail, or healthcare).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website management.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to marketing initiatives.
