Accounting and Finance Clerk at Pitam Water

We are seeking an organized and reliable Accounting and Finance Clerk to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
• Track expenses and support cash management activities.
• Assist with payroll and other routine finance-related tasks as required.
• Support the finance team with general administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting or finance experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
