Inventory and Disbursement Officer at Beveledge Interior Designs

The Inventory & Disbursement Officer is responsible for managing the movement of materials from the store to the production floor and keeping accurate records of all stock issued and returned.

The role requires someone who is organized, careful with figures, and able to work closely with both the Stores and Production teams.

Requirements:

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate can apply
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior design, or another manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control and material management.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with quantities and records.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production and stores personnel.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
