    Lead Consultant - Digital Transformation

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years in management consulting, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation
    • Deep working knowledge of upstream oil and gas operations (E&P, gas processing, pipeline operations)
    • Proven track record delivering digital maturity assessments and technology roadmaps
    • Experience with SCADA/DCS systems, IoT platforms, OSDU, and cloud migration strategies
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite executives
    • Strong analytical and report-writing skills; ability to produce board-quality deliverables
    • Ability to lead and coordinate a small team of technical specialists under tight timelines

    Project Analyst / Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the project schedule, interview calendars, and meeting logistics with the client’s SPOC
    • Coordinate data requests, follow-ups, and access to client systems and personnel
    • Track action items, risks, and issues across all workstreams
    • Manage version control and the project document repository
    • Prepare structured interview questionnaires and data request templates
    • Conduct desktop research on digital transformation benchmarks, industry trends, and best practices
    • Support corporate function assessments across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, and GCS
    • Analyse interview findings and contribute to gap analysis and maturity scoring
    • Document all stakeholder interviews, workshops, and key findings
    • Compile and format all project deliverables (reports, presentations, blueprints)

    Qualifications

    • 3—5 years of experience in consulting, project coordination, or business analysis
    • Excellent documentation, report—writing, and presentation skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office — particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Strong organisational skills With proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outputs
    • Self-starter Who can work independently in a fast-paced, deadline—driven environment
