Admin Personnel / Secretary at HOP Mobile Transport Limited

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and calendars.
• Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
• Record and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Draft routine correspondence and respond to inquiries as directed
• Monitor office supplies and initiate replenishment when necessary.
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of organizational records.
• Safeguard confidential information and company documents.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
