    Job Summary

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive customer acquisition across both B2B and B2C channels.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, customer acquisition funnels, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

    The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the activities of the Digital Marketer, Content Writer, and Content Creator, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Design, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase customer acquisition.
    • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring effective audience targeting, conversion tracking, and continuous optimization.
    • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, marketing ROI, and revenue contribution.
    • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention.
    • Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure all content initiatives support business goals and target audience needs.
    • Provide strategic direction to the Content Writer and Content Creator on content themes, messaging, formats, and distribution channels.
    • Review and analyse content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
    • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
    • Analyse customer behaviour and buying patterns to inform campaign development and content strategy.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
    • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including events, customer visits, activations, presentations, and other offline engagement activities.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to qualify leads, develop conversion strategies, and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.
    • Own the development and delivery of customer proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with customer needs, brand positioning, and business objectives.
    • Lead customer presentations, pitch meetings, and field engagements to support business development efforts.
    • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and creator or influencer relationships that support brand visibility and business growth.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
    • Lead and coordinate the activities of the Digital Marketer, Content Writer, and Content Creator to ensure alignment and effective execution.
    • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the marketing team.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics, and overall marketing effectiveness.
    • Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing management.
    • Proven success in developing and executing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
    • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution models.
    • Experience developing content strategies and leading content teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer, market, and campaign data.
    • Proven experience developing and delivering customer proposals, pitch presentations, and sales enablement materials that contribute to business acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
    • Experience working across both B2B and B2C markets is an advantage.
