Educational Requirements:

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT will be responsible for achieving the business objectives of stakeholders in establishing a new subsidiary in strengthening the market positioning & expand our new offerings into innovative technical training programs that meets client expectation (both new and existing client), champion the launch of gamification and also coordinate and manage the program and activities of the Sales Finishing School
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS.
- Develop curriculums for new and technical trainings that align with the client’s objectives.
- Through research activities identify demand for technical training services.
- Manage and co-ordinate the deployment of the new developed training & technical curriculum.
- Identify secure and prospect new customers.
- Provide post training support services through conducting surveys and assessment and providing mentorship for training participants.
GAMIFICATION (PRODUCT CHAMPION.
- Conduct market research and develop a marketing strategy for the training products
- Sell training products to old and existing clients
- Visit and follow up with potential clients, make recommendation for improvement and provide the management with feedbacks on training programs
SALES FINISHING SCHOOL.
- Through market research activities identify demand for SFS products and services in new and existing market.
- Assist in the development and/or improvement of SFS products and services
- Participate in market development activities including travel and promotion of the company’s products and services to agents, sponsorship bodies and potential students/candidates
KEY REQUIREMENTS.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPM, etc
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant work
SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS.
Sound understanding of the training products, challenges, opportunities, competitions etc.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good business writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Practical knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Office).
