A mid-sized supermarket located in the Lekki axis of Lagos is seeking a committed and driven individual to join our supermarket business as a prospective operating partner.

Opportunity Overview

The selected candidate will initially work as a Manager for a period of one year. During this time, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to independently run, manage, and grow the supermarket.

At the end of the one-year period, candidates who meet performance and leadership expectations will be offered a partnership position, including a share in ownership and profits.
