    User Acceptance Testing Officer

    • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
    • Collect and analyze project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team to support the software delivery lifecycle.
    • Carry out reviews during implementation and post-implementation analysis of requirements to ensure alignment with the expectations set in the business requirements document.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Certification in any of ITIL, PMI Certified Associate in Project Management, PMP, CBAP, Agile Scrum, Prince 2 Foundation. Other certifications will be an advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years working experience within project management, preferably in a financial institution
