We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Operations & Programs Lead to help us grow our impact, strengthen our systems, and create meaningful learning experiences for educators across Africa and beyond.
This is not your typical desk job. You'll work closely with the team to bring exciting projects, training programs, webinars, partnerships, and community initiatives to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and supporting educational programs and events
- Helping transform ideas into clear action plans
- Managing timelines, tasks, and project follow-ups
- Supporting partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Helping create systems and processes that keep operations running smoothly
- Assisting with community engagement activities
- Tracking program outcomes and preparing simple reports
- Supporting lead generation and business growth initiatives
- Working with facilitators, volunteers, and partners to ensure successful program delivery
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, community management, events, education, or a related field
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Enjoys solving problems and finding creative solutions
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Is comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Has a passion for education, technology, community building, or professional development
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with educators, schools, NGOs, or training organisations
- Experience organising webinars, workshops, conferences, or online events
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or partnership development
