    Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Talent Management:

    • Develop and execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to ensure timely hiring for key positions.
    • Proficiently use LinkedIn, Jobberman, Hot Nigerian Jobs, MyJobMag, and other major recruitment platforms to build efficient hiring pipelines.
    • Organize candidate screening, interviews, offer issuance, and onboarding processes, optimizing recruitment cycle time and cost.

    Performance Management & Incentives:

    • Design and implement a scientific performance appraisal system, follow up on results, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with departments to establish KPIs aligned with company strategic objectives.
    • Propose incentive programs, including bonus plans, promotions, and employee development opportunities.

    HR Policies & Employee Relations:

    • Deeply familiar with Nigerian labor laws, NSITF, ITF, HMO, pension, and tax regulations to ensure HR compliance.
    • Manage employment contracts, employee relations, termination procedures, and labor dispute resolution to protect company interests.
    • Organize staff activities, training programs, and benefits schemes to enhance employee engagement and retention.

    Organizational Development & Culture:

    • Promote organizational structure optimization to improve workforce efficiency and operational performance.
    • Build and reinforce company culture, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 2 years as HR Manager or HRBP.
    • Experience in renewable energy or multinational companies is a plus.

    Professional Skills:

    • Strong recruitment expertise, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and Nigeria’s major recruitment platforms.
    • Skilled in designing performance appraisal systems and incentive schemes, with proven implementation results.
    • Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law, social security, tax, and employee benefits, capable of handling compliance and dispute resolution.

    General Competencies:

    • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural management skills.
    • Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
    • Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

    Power Installation Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical power systems, including solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and related infrastructure.
    • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
    • Oversee electrical installations involving both strong(high voltage) and weak (low voltage) electricity.
    • Manage and direct on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and technical personnel to achieve timely and quality project delivery.
    • Conduct site inspections, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Verify and review technical drawings, installation plans, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met.
    • Prepare detailed installation and progress reports, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
    • Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to promote a culture of safety on-site.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
    • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in electrical power installation, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
    • Strong knowledge of both strong and weak current (electricity) installation.
    • Relevant professional certifications (NABCEP, COREN, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and electrical drawings.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Planning & Target Achievement:

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Focus on the sales of solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems, driving continuous market share growth.
    • Track and analyze sales data, monitor regional market trends, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

    Channel Development & Customer Acquisition:

    • Rapidly establish and maintain a strong dealer, distributor, EPC, and wholesale network in the assigned region.
    • Identify and develop key accounts and project-based clients, ensuring long-term business relationships.
    • Guide and support partners with marketing campaigns and product training to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

    Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

    • Collect competitor information, pricing strategies, and market demand insights to support company decision-making.
    • Submit regular market research reports and provide recommendations for product and pricing optimization.

    Team Management & Training:

    • Recruit, manage, and develop the regional sales team to improve execution and performance.
    • Organize regular training on sales skills, product knowledge, and business negotiation to build a high-performance team.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in solar, inverter, lithium battery, or home appliance / mobile phone industry regional sales.
    • Candidates with sales experience in Sunking, Felicity Solar, Bebejump, Deye, or ColaSolar will be given priority.
    • Strong existing sales channel resources, able to deliver quick results.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven expertise in regional market development, channel building, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and execution skills with a strong results-driven mindset.
    • Good market sensitivity and data analysis capabilities, able to formulate effective sales strategies.

    Language:

    • Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
