We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our legal and compliance team at SoftAlliance. We're looking for a legal operations professional who will support our enterprise solutions, financial technology, Lending, and public and private sector partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, service-level agreements, MOUs, and NDAs.
Provide legal support for regulatory engagements and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Advise on corporate governance matters, board resolutions, and stakeholder communications.
Support the structuring of strategic partnerships, JVs, and cross-border transactions.
Monitor legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Work closely with internal teams on contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); BL required, LLM is an added advantage.
3–5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in the technology, consulting, or financial services sectors.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
