The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate appraisals
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Support payroll processing and staff welfare administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years proven HR experience in Real Estate,Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
