    We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead all construction, facility management, and project administrative operations across our poultry business. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring efficient infrastructure development, strict compliance, and smooth operational support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all facility and infrastructure projects, including bird house construction, sanitation improvements, CCTV and IT installations, and other farm development works.
    • Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
    • Supervise contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
    • Manage facility maintenance, sanitation cycles, fleet operations, security oversight, and general administrative functions.
    • Implement operational policies, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory and biosecurity standards.
    • Lead and mentor project, admin, fleet, and security teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s is an advantage).
    • 8–10 years’ experience in project management, facility development, and administrative leadership—preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness or a similar operational environment.
    • Strong ability to manage construction projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee multiple workstreams.
    • Certifications in Project Management, Facility Management, or Procurement are an added advantage.
