    Graphics Designer / Brand Communication Officer

    Job Description

    • The Graphic Designer job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
    • You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage company website by editing content and updating news and promotions keeping information current using CSS.
    • Manage brand integrity through social media development and Facebook integration, keeping a consistent look and feel through multiple consumer interactions.
    • Design duties include band posters, weekly newspaper print ads and hand-outs for specific events among other things.
    • Design and produce presentation boards, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, promotional/collateral material, invitations, illustration.
    • UseCSS to update online newsletter templates to comply with company branding.
    • Create event collateral, build HTML emails, construct print ads, and assist in marketing strategies.
    • Create all content and graphics, including photo editing, and creation of posters and advertising materials.
    • Learned the basics of HTML and work conjointly with the web hosting company to make edits and modifications to existing pages.
    • Perform various office tasks as well as creating 3D sketch up models, editing images and assisting with creating web graphics.
    • Produce PowerPoint presentations for physicians, medical staff, administration and education department.
    • Design seasonal program catalog and bimonthly newsletter including page layout, photography, photo editing and typography.
    • Create tenant proposals and PowerPoint presentations for clients showing suggest property locations, surrounding competition, traffic counts and demographics.
    • Develop high-end creative marketing communications collateral such as brochures, postcards, catalogs, packaging and additional materials for sales department.
    • Conceptualized/Planned/Direct photography need for design.
    • Proofread and copy edit with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Edit and proofread company documents and contributor articles for publication.

    • Drive Market Share and Grow Volume for the Brand: To achieve and retain a strong share position in the market place.
    • Ensure Sustainable Profitability for the Brand: To guarantee a significant contribution to the overall business objective of delivering outstanding value to all stake-holders.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of Brand Strategy.
    • Strong track record in Marketing at management level, with practical experience in brand imagery management.
    • Depth of experience on how to drive a Marketing organization effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Previous exposure to strategy development is valuable.
    • Strong project management skills, Commercial and financial capability are important.
    • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills; previous experience in working with other functions, particularly Sales, Trade Marketing, Procurement, Supply, Finance, and external partners such as ATL and PR Agencies is valuable.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
