JOB SUMMARY
Kuhl-Cher Limited is recruiting for FoodCo Nigeria Limited, a leading multichannel retail company in Nigeria, high
potential graduates for its Finance Leadership Development Program. This program provides hands-on exposure to retail, FMCG, and manufacturing finance, developing future finance leaders through practical experience in accounting, financial analysis, audit, and business decision-making.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a numerically strong, detail-oriented, and business-curious graduate eager to build a career in the retail sector. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and processes, thrives in fast-paced multi-location environments, and demonstrates integrity, resilience, and a strong desire to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and audit processes
- Learn to analyze financial data for product, branch, and business viability
- Support risk assessment and internal audit planning
- Assist in preparing management accounts and departmental budgets
- Understudy finance leaders to develop technical and soft skills
- Maintain accurate financial records and support data-driven decision-making
- Work with finance teams to track, analyze, and report information
- Learn to use finance systems and relevant software tools
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (or equivalent)
- 0–2 years post-NYSC experience
- Maximum age: 27 years
- Added Advantage: Student membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CFA
TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and draw sound conclusions
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial systems
