Finance and Accounts Team Lead at Percoso Nigeria

JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant that will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Reporting & Management across FM operations, project sites, and procurement units.
• Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control for all contracts, procurement deals, and projects.
• Project & Contract Financial Oversight
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Procurement & Vendor Financial Control
• Tax, Compliance & Risk Management
• Payroll, Systems adoption & Leadership

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field; professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations and internal controls.
• 5-7 years accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Excellent analytical, organizational and attention to detail skills.
