Field Support Officer at a Reputable Company

Prophius is building the future of finance across Africa by enabling businesses to accept payments that are affordable, secure, reliable, and contactless. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Support Officer to join our payment operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, test, and maintain POS terminals.
• Provide on-site technical support to merchants.
• Diagnose and resolve POS-related issues.
• Conduct routine merchant visits and equipment maintenance.
• Train merchants on proper use of POS devices.
• Document field activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Build strong merchant relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Perform software updates and escalate complex issues when required.

What We're Looking For

• HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting or deploying POS terminals is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of POS operations.
• Ability to travel within Lagos and transport POS equipment when required.
