Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lagos, Nigeria
Recovery Strategy
Design and drive the end-to-end recovery and collections strategy, setting performance targets and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Team leadership
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing account management team — setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and holding the team accountable.
Client ownership
Own the relationship framework for recovery accounts — ensuring professional, ethical, and commercially sound engagement at every touchpoint.
Operational excellence
Define and maintain process standards for account resolution, escalation, and closure — ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Performance intelligence
Own the data. Build reporting frameworks that give the business clear visibility on recovery rates, team performance, and portfolio health.
Senior stakeholder engagement
Present recovery performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership — translating operational data into business-level insight.
