    Kitchen Assistant

    Job Description
    Job Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Assist in inventory control.
    • Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
    • Sorting, storing and distribution of cooking ingredients.
    • Washing utensils and dishes; while ensuring they are properly handled and stored appropriately.
    • Carrying out every other duty assigned by the Chef.

    Job Requirements
    Job Requirements of this role include:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Working knowledge of cooking skills and techniques, with experience in the said role.

    Cocktail Maker / Bartender

    Job Description
    Job Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications.
    • Developing drink menus, cocktail recipes and guiding/helping guests choose drink options from your curated menu.
    • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well stocked.
    • Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
