Job Description
Job Responsibilities for this role include:

• Greeting guests and staying attentive to the needs of guests.
• Taking orders and serving food/beverages to guests.
• Ensuring that food/drink orders are made correctly by kitchen staff or bartenders and ensuring order looks presentable for guests.
• Deliver cheques and collect bill payments.
• Creating a generally positive experience for guests.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements of this role include:

• OND, HND or BSc in relevant fields.
• Must have at least 3 years experience as waiter/waitress.
• Strong Observational and organizational skills.
• A suggestive sales approach in Sales/Marketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with financial electronic equipment like POS.
• Proper Hygiene with a very good fashion sense.
