Bar Operations & Control Manager at Ace Recruitment

Location: G.R.A Benin City 

Responsible for overseeing bar operations while ensuring strict control over sales, cash, and inventory, with accurate daily reconciliation and full accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and staff
• Ensure accurate recording of all sales (POS & cash)
• Perform daily reconciliation (sales vs cash vs stock)
• Enforce strict control on credit sales
• Coordinate stock requests and verify stock received
• Record and report all damaged items with approval
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with all control and audit procedures

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in bar, hospitality, or retail operations
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, stock control, and reconciliation
• High integrity, attention to detail, and leadership ability

KPIs

• Zero/minimal daily variances
• Accurate and timely reporting
• Controlled damage and zero unauthorized credit
• Clean audit outcomes
