ROLE OVERVIEW

As Head, Public Relations & Media, you will own how Nando Homes Limited is seen, heard, and talked about. You will lead the company’s communication strategy, manage media presence, and ensure the brand remains visible, credible, and influential in the real estate space.
You are responsible for shaping perception, managing reputation, and amplifying the company’s voice across all relevant platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute an integrated Public Relations & Media strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry stakeholders
• Lead all media engagements including press releases, interviews, features, and press conferences
• Drive media visibility across TV, radio, print, blogs, and digital platforms
• Manage brand reputation and lead crisis communication when required
• Oversee content direction for media appearances, campaigns, and public messaging
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to amplify campaigns and project launches
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends to inform strategy
• Plan and execute press events, launches, and high-level corporate engagements
• Ensure consistency and strength in brand messaging across all channels
