Baker/Cake Decorator

- Experience 2 - 7 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts according to standard recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistency and quality
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Produce buffet desserts (cakes, cupcakes, pastries, small chops desserts) on schedule
- Ensure freshness and proper storage of baked goods
- Design and decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, icing, and toppings
- Execute custom cake designs based on customer requests
