Mission

Your mission is to help us maintain ≥ 99.5% inventory accuracy while ensuring all stock flows efficiently from warehouse to dispatch, fueling fast, accurate deliveries every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure each item is picked accurately and in under 3 minutes.
• Place stock in the correct bins, keeping zoning order intact.
• Assist with daily and weekly inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Reconcile returned orders and update inventory records accordingly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space.

Performance Goals (Weekly)

• Pick accuracy at 99.7% or higher
• Picking cycle time of ≤ 3 minutes per item
• Inventory zone tidied daily

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and organized, nothing escapes your eye.
• A fast learner who enjoys process, structure, and consistency.
• Able to work on your feet and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics is a bonus (but not required).

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Fulfillment & Dispatch Intern, your core mission is to support the team in batching and assigning 100% of orders by 11 a.m. daily, help achieve ≥ 95% same-day delivery success, and maintain ≥ 90% rider utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize urgent and high-value orders to optimize delivery flow.
• Organize the daily order list to ensure ≥ 95% delivery success rate.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispatch zone at the end of each day.
• Communicate promptly with Operations and Support teams regarding urgent partners or issues.
• Set up fallback riders when the primary is unavailable.
• Collate and manage daily order data from WhatsApp, forms, or automated systems.

Performance Goals (Weekly)

• All orders batched and assigned by 11:00 a.m.
• Rider utilization at 90% or above
• Failed assignments kept below 2%
• Dispatch zone tidied daily

Who We’re Looking For

• Smart, proactive, and punctual individual ready to learn and deliver.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with logistics, dispatch, or courier services is a plus (but not required).
