    Social Media Manager

    Role Purpose:

    The purpose of this role is to strategically manage and grow the company’s digital presence of the company and its sister companies by showcasing projects, strengthening brand credibility, generating qualified leads, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the social media accounts of all sister companies into compelling visual and written content that reflects the companies' expertise, quality standards, value, and professionalism.

    This role supports business growth by increasing visibility, attracting potential clients and partners, and positioning the company and its affiliated brands as trusted leaders in their respective industries.

    Role Summary:

    • Develop, implement, and manage the companies' social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
    • Showcase construction projects and farm activities through engaging digital content that reflects quality, progress, and professionalism.
    • Create and manage content that attracts potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain a consistent and professional online brand presence across all social media platforms.
    • Support business growth through lead generation, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
    • Collaborate with project teams to translate technical construction activities into relatable and compelling content.
    • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
    • Identify target audiences such as property investors, homeowners, corporate clients, and partners.
    • Plan monthly content calendars focused on project milestones, company updates, and industry insights.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure relevance and innovation.

    Content Creation & Management:

    • Create engaging, high-quality content, including:
    • Project and farm progress updates (photos, videos, drone shots)
    • Before-and-after transformations
    • Site walkthrough videos
    • Safety campaigns and awareness posts
    • Staff highlights and behind-the-scenes content
    • Write compelling captions tailored to the construction audience.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers to gather accurate project information.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and professionalism.

    Platform Management:

    • Manage and oversee all social media accounts for the company and its sister companies. (e.g.,
    • Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
    • Schedule and publish posts consistently.
    • Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

    Visual & Multimedia Coordination:

    • Coordinate site visits for content capture.
    • Capture high-quality photographs and videos of projects and site activities, and operate a drone
    • when necessary to produce engaging social media content.
    • Editing of videos and graphics for social media use.
    • Ensure visual storytelling that highlights quality workmanship and project scale.

    Campaigns & Promotions:

    • Plan and execute digital campaigns for:
    • Project launches
    • Open houses and site tours
    • Corporate events
    • Recruitment drives
    • Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for reach and conversions.
    • Support marketing campaigns for property sales or company branding.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for growth and optimization.
    • Adjust strategy based on data and audience behavior.

    Brand Reputation Management:

    • Monitor online reviews and public perception of the company and its sister companies.
    • Address negative feedback professionally and escalate when necessary
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information

    Internal Collaboration:

    • Work closely with:
    • Project Managers (for site updates)
    • Architects and Engineers (technical accuracy)
    • HR (recruitment branding)
    • Attend selected site meetings or milestone events for content creation.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Growth in followers and engagement rate.
    • Lead generation from social media platforms.
    • Content consistency and posting frequency.
    • Brand visibility and audience reach.
    • Campaign performance and ROI.

    Requirements:

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.

    Experience

    • 3-4 years of social media management experience.
    • Experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or agricultural sector is an advantage.
    • Proven track record of managing business or corporate social media accounts.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong content writing, storytelling skills, and content creation.
    • Knowledge of construction terminology, project phases, and agricultural operations (preferred).
    • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Basic photography and videography skills.
    • Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
    • Ability to translate technical construction and agricultural processes into engaging content.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and professionalism.
