    Sales & Customer Experience Officer

    Job Description

    • The Sales & Customer Experience Officer is responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service across both walk-in and online channels.
    • This role ensures customers receive proper guidance, accurate information, and a seamless purchasing experience while complying strictly with company processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to all walk-in customers professionally and promptly
    • Receive, welcome, and guide customers in selecting appropriate products
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all CGD products and services
    • Educate customers on product options, pricing, and suitability
    • Act as Floor Attendant by:
      • Selecting products from shelves for customers, or
      • Liaising with the Inventory & Warehousing Unit to release products from the warehouse
    • Pass selected products to the Cashier for ERP invoicing
    • Handle all online enquiries and orders via:
      • Website
      • WhatsApp
      • Instagram DM
    • Assist online customers with product selection, pictures, and product information until payment is completed
    • Transfer all paid online orders to the Inventory Unit via the official WhatsApp group
    • Attach complete documentation for online orders, including:
      • Full conversation screenshots
      • Proof of payment
    • Save and manage customer contact details strictly on official CGD phones and Gmail accounts
    • Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to confirm delivery and collect customer feedback
    • Contribute actively to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

    Educational Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum educational qualification: ND or NCE with 0-1 year experience
    • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage

    Other Requirements

    • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis
    • Ability to follow structured processes and company policies strictly
    • High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
    • Customer-focused mindset with strong ethical standards

    Skills:

    • Strong sales and customer service skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to persuade, upsell, and close sales professionally
    • Strong product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
    • Attention to detail, especially in order documentation
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, and online communication tools
