    Client Service Executive

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
    • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure proper documentation and setup of accounts.
    • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, claims, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and gather feedback to improve service quality.
    • Maintain accurate client records and generate reports on client interactions and service performance.
    • Identify opportunities to retain clients and promote additional services or products where applicable.
    • Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
