Client Service Executive
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure proper documentation and setup of accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, claims, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate client records and generate reports on client interactions and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to retain clients and promote additional services or products where applicable.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
