Property Sales Officer (Investment Advisor) at Boulevard Lane Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Management: Developing a pipeline of prospective buyers, conducting tours, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Sales & Negotiation: Pitching properties, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Marketing & Admin: Utilisation of Ad and Campaigns, Listing properties, managing documentation, and collaborating with marketing teams.
• Market Knowledge: Staying informed on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property values. 

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Generally minimum of 3–4 years in real estate sales
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, knowledge and experience of Ad Campaigns 
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Traits: Results-driven, self-motivated, marketer, persuasive, resilient and customer-focused.
