Technical Site Architect at TalAxis Consulting Limited

Salary: ₦400,000 @ net (Negotiable based on experience)

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Technical Site Architect to support the delivery of high-end residential and commercial developments. This role is focused on technical coordination, construction documentation, and site execution, ensuring architectural drawings are accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and successfully implemented during construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings for constructability and technical accuracy.
• Identify and resolve design errors, omissions, and clashes before construction.
• Updating and revising drawings based on site conditions and management instructions.
• Ensuring that the architectural design intent is fully achieved during construction.
• Coordinating architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and other consultants.
• Preparing and updating As Built Drawings throughout the project.
• Supervise architectural works and finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the architectural design intent is achieved throughout project execution.
• Producing and maintaining door, window, finish, room finish, ceiling, joinery, glazing, and material schedules and furniture cutting list.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience in technical architecture, construction documentation, and site supervision.
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM Collaborate Pro, SketchUp, Enscape or Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
