Dispatch Rider at IMATA Logistics

IMATA is looking for a reliable and professional Dispatch Rider to join our growing team in Enugu. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of parcels while representing the IMATA brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels promptly and safely within Enugu.
• Plan efficient routes to meet assigned delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery updates.
• Handle parcels with care and maintain accurate delivery records when required.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Provide a positive customer experience during every delivery.

Requirements

• SSCE qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch rider.
• Valid rider’s license.
• Good knowledge of Enugu roads and routes.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
