Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and follow-ups
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections with prospective clients
• Present and promote real estate investment opportunities and mortgage solutions
• Understand client needs and effectively communicate value propositions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close sales transactions professionally
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience

Requirements & Skills

• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate & mortgage
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a proven drive to achieve results
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, real estate, banking, mortgage, or financial services is an advantage
• Must be available to resume immediately
