The Roles

We are hiring across two levels to drive our aggressive growth strategy:

Growth Associates: Minimum of 1 year of core sales experience. You know the basics, you love the thrill of the chase, and you're ready to scale your career.

Senior Growth Associates: Proven, deep sales experience in the financial sector. You are a strategic closer who can navigate complex deals and consistently exceed targets.

You will be deployed to dominate one of our core portfolios:

• SME Loans: Fueling small business growth and empowering entrepreneurs. 
• Private Sector Loans: Providing seamless, empowering credit solutions to salary earners. 
• Public Payroll Lending: Delivering reliable payroll-backed lending solutions to public sector workers.
