We're looking for a General Manager to lead the property end-to-end - from operations and people to guest experience and profitability. This is a high-ownership role for a hospitality leader who thrives on building excellent teams, driving results, and setting standards others aspire to.

1. Own full P&L responsibility and drive revenue, cost control, and profitability across all departments
2. Build, coach, and retain a high-performing middle management team with clear accountability frameworks
3. Design, document, and implement standardised operating procedures across all hotel functions
4. Establish world-class KPIs and reporting cadences for operational and financial performance
5. Cultivate deep relationships with key corporate and leisure clients to drive repeat business
6. Oversee The Living Room restaurant and bar - ensuring quality, profitability, and brand alignment
7. Maintain exceptional facility standards through proactive maintenance and compliance
8. Define and develop a talent pipeline that supports the hotel's long-term growth
9. Champion a culture of high standards, warmth, accountability, and genuine guest-centricity
